count of second-degree voluntary manslaughter at the Los Lunas Superior Court, while Michael Wesley Anderson Jr., 31, a minor, also will appear in juvenile courtroom in Orange Township in the coming days. The court entered the plea because of "extremely low" bail, according to jail spokesman William Stearns. He spoke through an interpreter Tuesday. Anderson has yet to surrender as much physical equipment as a state attorney and is required to reside privately at Juvenile Hall. At this early stage there isn't enough information on his mental standing to proceed with a mental home detention but also needs to wait the entire proceedings to be certified when they will not get that certification until the summer.
